THE CHALLENGE: As a leader in the printing industry, Mimaki USA’s website was overloaded with information visitors had a tough time navigating. They needed a way to not only help people find the right printer for them, but also provide documentation and information on how to best use their products.
THE SOLUTION: We overhauled Mimaki USA’s website creating clear UX/UI with colorful graphics to better fit their brand. We developed a custom quiz so customers could easily find the right printer for them, housed all the necessary educational content, and linked up to the dealer portal for internal troubleshooting. Out team worked efficiently with the US office while gaining approval from the parent company in Japan as needed. The product pages alone on this website involved organizing hundreds of pages of data and charting all functionality for quick and accurate filtering.
